브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 우원식 국회의장은 3일 비상계엄 선포와 관련 "비상계엄 선포 해제 안건이 올라오면 절차를 진행하겠다"고 밝혔다.

우원식 의장은 4일 새벽 국회 본회의장에서 "윤석열 대통령의 비상계엄 선포에 대해 국회는 헌법적 절차에 따라 대응조치하겠다"며 이같이 말했다.

우 의장은 "특별히 군경은 동요하지 말고 자리를 지켜줄 것을 당부한다"고 했다. 

현재 무장한 계엄군은 국회 경내에 진입해 본청을 봉쇄하고 있는 중이며 본회의장 내에는 150여명의 국회의원들이 들어가 있는 것으로 전해졌다.

한편, 윤석열 대통령은 이날 밤 서울 용산 대통령실 청사에서 긴급 대국민 특별 담화를 통해 "종북 세력을 척결하고, 자유 헌정질서를 지키기 위해 비상계엄을 선포한다"고 밝혔다. 

이어 계엄사령관 박안수 육군참모총장은 '계엄사령부 포고령(제1호)'을 통해 "국회와 지방의회, 정당의 활동과 정치적 결사, 집회, 시위 등 일체의 정치활동을 금한다"고 선포했다.
