브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 한국마사회는 지난 8일 국가공무원인재개발원 과천분원에서 실시한 ‘2024년 한국마사회 All-day 취업캠프’를 성황리에 마무리 했다고 13일 밝혔다.

이번 행사는 한국마사회가 공공기관으로서 청년 및 장애인·고졸자 등 사회 형평 인력의 취업 준비를 지원하기 위해 개최했다. 모의면접, 자기소개서 첨삭, 공공기관 취업전략 특강 등 채용 과정 전반을 아우르는 프로그램이 진행됐고 160여 명의 청년구직자가 참가했다. 

오전에는 모의면접과 무료 증명사진 발급 및 취업 의지를 담은 캘리그라피 수업 등 다양한 프로그램이 진행됐다. 특히, 모의면접에서는 실제 공공기관 면접에 참여했던 HR 전문가들과 내부 면접관 양성과정을 통해 선발된 직원들이 면접관으로 참석했다. 

오후에는 공공기관 취업전략 특강 및 채용설명회, 신입사원과 함께하는 취업 토크콘서트 등 참가자들에게 실질적인 정보와 동기를 제공하는 시간을 가졌다. 현장 참여가 어려운 지방 거주 구직자들을 위해 기관 유튜브 채널인 ‘마사회TV’를 통해 실시간 중계됐으며, 약 700명이 접속했다. 또한, 참가자들에게 한국마사회 대표 캐릭터인 ‘말마’를 활용한 노트, USB 등 굿즈 패키지를 선물하며 뜻깊은 하루를 선사했다.

한국마사회 관계자는 “이번 캠프를 통해 열심히 노력하고 있는 취업준비생들에게 다양한 취업 정보를 제공할 수 있어서 매우 뜻깊다”며 “다가오는 2025년도 한국마사회의 신입사원 및 인턴 채용에 많은 관심을 바란다”고 전했다.
