브레이크뉴스 노보림 기자= 19일 경남 산청군 곳곳에서 호우로 인한 산사태, 토사 유출, 침수 등이 잇따르고 있다. 이에 따른 인명 피해까지 속출하자 전 군민 대피령이 내려졌다.

기상청과 산청군에 따르면 지난 16일부터 4일간 산청지역에는 632㎜에 달하는 기록적인 집중호우가 내리며 산사태와 침수 피해가 속출하고 있다.

산청읍 산청우체국 앞, 산청교회 경호파출소 앞, 지산 빌라 주차장 등 곳곳이 물에 잠겼고, 함일요양원 뒤 꽃봉산 일부 토사가 유실되면서 인근 식당 앞 도로는 엉망이고 식자재마트 창고는 침수되는 등 피해가 속출하고 있다.

산청읍 부리마을에서는 주민 3명이 토사에 매몰돼 행방불명 상태이며 내리마을에서는 주민 1명이 산사태로 목숨을 잃었다.

산청군은 시간당 최대 100㎜ 비가 내리면서 피해가 잇따르자 전 군민 대피령을 내렸다.

소방당국도 국가소방동원령을 발령하고 산청 지역의 피해 주민 구조와 대피 지원 작업을 벌이고 있다.

국가소방동원령은 재난이 발생한 시·도의 소방력만으로는 대응하기 어려운 경우, 국가 차원에서 재난에 총력 대응하기 위해 발령된다.
