윤석열 대통령의 영국 국빈 방문을 계기로 한·영 관계가 기존 '포괄적 창조적 동반자 관계'에서 '글로벌 전략적 동반자 관계'로 격상되는 '다우닝가 합의'가 채택된다고 대통령실이 20일(현지시간) 전했다.
대통령실은 이날 "윤 대통령은 영국 방문 기간 중 리시 수낙 총리와 양국 수교 140주년을 기념해 한·영 간 미래 협력 방향을 담은 '다우닝가 합의(Downing Street Accord)'를 채택 예정"이라고 전했다.
