브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 24일 세종시 아파트 무순위 청약 접수 신청자가 폭주하며 청약 사이트가 마비되는 일이 벌어졌다. 이에 한국토지주택공사(LH)는 시스템을 복구하고 접수 일정을 25일까지 하루 더 연장하겠다고 발표했다.

LH는 이날 LH 청약플러스를 통해 세종시 산울동 산울마을 5단지 '세종 파밀리에 더파크' 4가구에 대한 무순위 청약 접수를 실시했다.
이번 무순위 청약 물량은 전용면적 59㎡ 3가구와 84㎡ 1가구로 분양가는 전용 59㎡는 2억8000만대, 전용 84㎡는 약 4억8000만원이다. ‘분양가상한제’가 적용돼 인근 시세 대비 저렴한 편이다.
청약은 국내 거주 무주택자라면 전국 어디서나 신청할 수 있다. 당첨자 발표는 30일이다.
