브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 경기 화성시 동탄2신도시에서 분양가 상한제가 적용되는 2개 단지 특별공급에 1만5000여명이 접수했다. 국민평형으로 불리는 전용면적 84㎡가 5억원대로 저렴하게 책정돼 관심이 높다.

20일 한국부동산원 청약홈에 따르면 전날 '동탄 꿈의숲 자연앤 데시앙' 특별공급 결과, 876가구 모집에 5085명이 접수하면서 단순 경쟁률 5.8대 1을 기록했다.

신혼부부 특별공급에 가장 많은 2258명이 접수했으며 신생아 1211명, 생애최초 1153명 순으로 나타났다.

이 단지는 태영건설이 경기주택도시공사(GH)와 민간참여 공공분양사업으로 공급하는 단지다. 동탄2신도시 A78블록에 지하 4층~지상 최고 20층, 12개동, 전용면적 74·84㎡ 총 1170가구 규모로 조성된다.

같은 날 특별공급을 접수한 '동탄 포레파크 자연앤 푸르지오' 국민주택은 838가구 모집에 8897명이 신청하면서 단순 경쟁률 10.6대 1을 기록했다. 신혼부부가 3626명으로 가장 많고, 신생아 2232명, 생애최초 2126명 등으로 나타났다.

민영주택도 특별공급 52가구 모집에 ▲다자녀 622명 ▲노부모부양 52명 등 674명이 접수하면서 단순 경쟁률 13대 1을 기록했다.
