브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 지난해 국내 시가총액 상위 30개사의 남녀 평균 급여는 3000만원의 격차가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
3일 인크루트에 따르면 시가총액 상위 30개사의 2023년 사업 보고서를 바탕으로 1인평균 급여액, 근속연수, 성비 등 현황을 분석한 결과, 지난해 시총 30개사 직원 1인 평균 급여액의 평균값은 1억1000만원으로 집계됐다.
이를 성별로 나눠본 결과, 남성 직원의 평균 급여액은 1억1900만원, 여성 직원의 평균 급여액은 8900만원으로 나타났다. 성별 간 평균 격차는 3000만원이었다.
30개 사 중 직원 1인 평균 급여가 가장 높은 곳은 1억5200만원의 SK이노베이션과 SK텔레콤으로 공동 1위였다. 3위는 1억4300만원의 삼성화재, 4위는 1억3600만원의 삼성물산이었다.
