여름 휴가철을 맞춰 진행되는 이번 행사는 시민들에게 아이와 함께 멀리 가지 않고도 물놀이를 즐길 수 있는 가족 나들이 기회를 제공한다.

시는 강바람놀이터 주차장에 워터 풀장 2동, 워터 슬라이드 3동을 마련한다. 오전 11시부터 오후 1시까지, 오후 2시부터 5시까지 매일 2회차, 총 4회차 풀장을 운영하며 회차별 정원은 80명이다. 회차별 운영 30분 전 현장에서 등록하고 이용할 수 있다.
