연경인문문화예술연구소(소장 석연경)는 8월 5일부터 9월 3일까지 매주 월요일 오후 4시와 화요일 오전 10시에 노벨문학상 수상시 강의를 연다. 강의는 총 10회 진행되며 시인이자 문학평론가인 석연경 소장이 나선다.
이번 강의에서는 라빈드라나트 타고르, 루이즈 글릭, 비스와바 심보르스카, 셰이머스 히니, 파블로 네루다, 토마스 트란스트뢰메르, 후안 라몬 히메네스, T. S. 엘리엇, 윌리엄 버틀러 예이츠, 밥 딜런 등 10인의 노벨문학상 수상 시인의 삶을 살펴보고 세계적인 시를 감상한다.
수강료는 무료이며 신청은 연경인문문화예술연구소로 하면 된다.
강의를 맡은 석연경 시인은 문학평론가이자 연경인문문화예술연구소 소장이다. 시집 『독수리의 날들』, 『섬광, 쇄빙선』, 『푸른 벽을 세우다』, 『탕탕』이 있고 순천사찰 시사진집 『둥근 거울』, 힐링잠언시집 『숲길』, 정원 시선집 『우주의 정원』. 시사진산문집 『순천정원문화』가 있으며 시 평론집 『생태시학의 변주』가 있다. 그외 『노래 중의 노래』 등 공저 여러 권이 있다.

The Yeonkyung Institute of Humanities, Culture, and Arts (Director Seok Yeon-gyeong) will hold a Nobel Prize in Literature lecture every Monday at 4 PM and Tuesday at 10 AM from August 5 to September 3. The lecture will be held a total of 10 times and will be given by Director Seok Yeon-gyeong, a poet and literary critic.
In this lecture, we will look at the lives of 10 Nobel Prize in Literature winners, including Rabindranath Tagore, Louise Glick, Wisława Szymborska, Seamus Heaney, Pablo Neruda, Thomas Tranströmer, Juan Ramón Jimenez, T.S. Eliot, William Butler Yeats, and Bob Dylan, and appreciate world-class poetry.
Tuition is free, and applications can be made to the Yeonkyung Institute of Humanities, Culture, and Arts.
Poet Seok Yeon-gyeong, who will be giving the lecture, is a literary critic and director of the Yeonkyung Institute of Humanities, Culture, and Arts. There are poetry collections 『Days of the Eagle』, 『Flash, Icebreaker』, 『Building a Blue Wall』, and 『Tangtang』, a collection of poetry and photos of Suncheon Temple 『Round Mirror』, a collection of healing proverbs 『Forest Path』, a collection of garden poems 『Garden of the Universe』, a collection of poetry and photos of Suncheon Garden Culture, and a collection of poetry critiques 『Variations of Ecological Poetry』. There are also several co-authored books, including 『Song of Songs』.
