【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=오는 10월 3일부터 6일까지 개최되는 제31회 증평인삼골축제가 ‘K-컬처’를 제대로 알리기 위해 외국인 관광객 등을 위한 다채로운 행사를 준비한다.

증평인삼골축제는 2023-2024 한국방문의 해를 맞아 ‘K-컬처 관광이벤트 100선’에 선정된 충청북도지정 우수축제로, 올해는 오감만족의 체험행사를 기획해 외국인 관광객을 사로잡을 예정이다.

먼저 증평인삼골축제의 킬러콘텐츠 중 하나인 ‘홍삼포크삼겹살대잔치’에 외국인 관광객을 위한 별도 시식존을 구성해 K-푸드로 손색없는 홍삼포크삼겹살을 맛보임으로써 증평의 맛 각인시키기에 나선다.

또 야외씨름장에 설치되는 건강체험존에서는 찾아가는 전통씨름 ‘씨름한판’ 이벤트를 개최해 씨름의 고장 증평을 널리 알릴 계획이다.

K-스포츠로서 전통씨름 기술시범을 보이고 현장 참여를 통한 외국인 씨름대회 등을 진행한다.

더불어 축제기간 미루나무숲 곳곳에서 열리는 ‘전국보강천버스킹 페스티벌’에서는 ‘외국인 버스킹’을 통해 노래와 춤, 패션쇼 등 다양한 문화를 자유롭게 발산할 수 있도록 열린 무대를 제공한다.
