브레이크뉴스 노보림 기자= 국민 오디션 프로그램 ‘KBS 전국 노래자랑’이 2011년, 2017년에 이어 3번째 성동구청(정원오 구청장)을 찾는다. 2일 화요일까지 예선참가자 지원 신청을 받고 오는 13일 성동구청 3층 대강당에서 예심을 거친 후 15일 오후 2시 살곶이 체육공원 축구장 특설무대에 본 녹화를 진행한다. 

성동구는 역사를 품은 지역으로 이에 대한 구민의 자긍심이 높다. 조선을 건국한 태조 이성계의 자취와 조선 초기 인재들이 학문을 연마했던 독서당이 있는 성동구는 매년 이와 관련한 역사 문화 축제를 내실 있게 개최해 구민은 물론 서울 시민으로부터 큰 호평을 받고 있다. 

지역의 문화⬝예술⬝축제를 통해 주민 화합과 지역의 역량을 강화하고 있는 정원오 구청장은 2015년에 ‘성동구민의 날’을 맞아 열린 이성계 축제에 태조 이성계로 깜짝 변신해 사냥 행사 퍼레이드에 직접 출연하기도 했다.

한편 국민 MC 개그맨 남기석이 진행하는 ‘KBS 전국 노래자랑’ 성동구 편에는 가수 송대관, 박혜신, 홍지윤, 윙크, 전종혁이 출연한다.
