윤석열 대통령이 31일 북한 장거리탄도미사일(ICBM) 발사 관련해 "국제사회와 함께 북한 도발에 강력히 대응하면서 북한이 어떤 기습 도발도 획책할 수 없도록 빈틈없이 대비하라"고 지시했다고 대통령실이 전했다.
