브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 국내 최대 디벨로퍼 ㈜엠디엠은 오는 11월 1일 동탄2신도시 내 55세대만을 위한 하이엔드 단독주택 용지 ‘동탄 더힐’을 조성한다고 밝혔다.

‘동탄더힐’은 동탄2신도시 BD19블록에 총 대지면적 2만5487.60㎡(구 7710평)에 각 필지별 전용면적 300㎡~525㎡(구 90평~160평) 55필지 규모로 2025년 7월 준공예정이다. 

건축기준은 각 필지별 용적률 100%, 건폐율 50%, 3층 이하다. 필지 100평 기준 용적률 20%, 즉 20평을 더 지을 수 있다는 뜻이다. 특히, ‘동탄 더힐’은 토지대 392억을 PF없이 전액 현금납부하고 착공에 들어가 안정적인 사업형태를 띠고 있다. 시공사는 유선종합건설이다.
