브레이크뉴스 임국정 기자 = 더불어민주당이 한덕수 국무총리를 내란죄로 고발하겠다고 9일 밝혔다.
조승래 민주당 수석대변인은 이날 국회에서 열린 당 최고위원회의 후 기자들과 만나 "한 총리의 내란 사태에 대한 책임을 묻는 것은 탄핵과 형사적 처벌 두 가지 아니겠나"라며 "우선 한 총리에 대한 내란죄 관련 고발 조치는 바로 진행하겠다"라고 말했다.
조 수석대변인은 한 총리에 대한 탄핵소추안을 준비하고 있다고도 전했다. 그는 "(한 총리) 탄핵에 대해서는 실무적으로 안을 만들고 있다"라며 "제출 여부는 추후 검토"할 예정이라고 설명했다.
또 "내란 특검에 한 총리나 추경호 (국민의힘) 원내대표의 내란 혐의를 포함하는 것으로 법사위(국회 법제사법위원회)에서 논의 진행이 있을 것"이라고 부연했다.
