브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 현대차그룹은 지난 9일(한국시각) 미국 네바다주(州)에 있는 퐁텐블로 라스베이거스(Fontainebleau Las Vegas) 호텔에서 엔비디아와 모빌리티 혁신을 위한 전략적 파트너십을 체결했다고 10일 밝혔다.

현대차그룹은 제조를 비롯한 다양한 영역에서 AI 기술을 적용하고 있다. 생성형 AI 등을 활용해 첨단 분야에서 기술 경쟁력을 적극 확보해 나가고 있으며, AI와 로봇 기술 등 혁신적인 자동화 방식을 적용한 스마트팩토리 생태계 ‘이포레스트(E-FOREST)’를 구축해 글로벌 제조 역량을 고도화하고 있다.

현대차그룹은 이번 파트너십 체결을 통해 SDV(소프트웨어 중심 차량), 로보틱스 등 핵심 모빌리티 솔루션을 지능화하고, 사업 운영 전반에 걸쳐 AI 기술 적용을 강화할 계획이다.
