이번 '설날 특별자금대출'은 중소기업들의 경영난 해소와 지역경제 활성화를 위해 실시되며, 신규 5,000억원·만기연장 5,000억원 규모로 1월13일부터 2월14일까지 실시된다.

업체별 지원한도는 최대 10억원이며 금융비용 절감을 위해 신용등급 및 거래조건에 따라 최대 연1.50%p까지 금리우대를 지원할 방침이다. 특히 신속한 자금지원을 위해 신용평가 및 전결권 완화 등 대출취급 절차도 간소화했다.
