[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 경남도는 최근 자금조달 곤란 등으로 어려움을 겪는 도내 중소기업들의 경영 안정을 지원하기 위해 총 1조1,000억 원의 자금 투입에 나섰다.

올해 경상남도 중소기업 육성자금은 경영안정자금 4,500억 원, 시설설비자금 3,500억 원, 특별자금(수출기업, 항공우주, 조선업종 등 9종), 3,000억 원 등 ‘1조 1천억 원’ 규모다.

분기별로 지원한 지난해와 달리 올해는 상반기에 ‘5,700억 원’을 조기 투입한다.

특히, 올해는 재무재표 평가를 통해 영세기업에는 0.1%를 추가 지원하고, 100만불 미만 수출기업에는 우대금리 0.5%을 지원한다. 경영안전자금 용도도 일반대출과 대환대출을 구분하지 않고 통합 운영한다.

경남도는 2월 3일 공고를 시작으로, 2월 17일부터 2월 20일까지 신청·접수를 받을 예정이다. 이차보전율은 경영안정자금 1.2%∼2.1%, 시설설비자금 0.75%∼2.0%, 특별자금은 1.0%∼2.0%이다.

이 밖에도 경남도 주력산업 활성화를 지원하기 위해 조선·항공우주·원자력·방위산업 특별자금에 지난해보다 400억 증액한 2,000억 원을 배정했으며, 여성친화적 기업 육성을 위한 특별자금 100억 원도 신설했다.

도는 어려운 중소 수출기업 지원을 위해 수출보험료 지원사업에 4억 5,000만 원, 수출 컨설팅 및 마케팅을 지원하는 수출 사다리 지원사업에 1억 5,000만 원 등 5개 수출 기반 조성사업에 총 약 14억 4,300만 원을 지원할 예정이다.

수출기업 해외시장 진출 확대를 위해 무역사절단 파견, 전시박람회·수출상담회 등 해외 마케팅 지원에 지난해보다 6억 원 증액한 총 32억 원을 투입할 예정이다.

최근 국내외 경제 변동으로 수출 하방 요인에 대한 우려가 큰 만큼, 주력 품목 수출국을 다변화하고 한류 열풍을 앞세운 유망 품목을 집중 공략하기 위해 ‘경상남도 수출지원반’을 운영해 국내외 수출환경 변화에 지속해서 대응할 계획이다.
