(장흥=브레이크뉴스) 이학수 기자=전남 장흥군은 지난 7일부터 10일까지 4일간 2025년 업무계획 보고회를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
김성 장흥군수 주재로 진행된 보고회는 속도감있고 안정적인 군정 추진을 위해 새해 시작과 함께 선제적으로 개최했다.
보고회는 2024년 군정성과를 결산하고, 2025년에 역점적으로 추진 할 군정 주요 시책의 실천계획 점검과 신규사업 발굴에 무게를 두었다.
업무관련 부서는 함께 보고회에 참여하도록 추진해 행정의 연계성을 강화했다.
장흥군은 지난해 군정 성과의 대표적 지표인 국도비・공모사업비 확보 실적으로 ▲호남권역 산림바이오 가공지원단지 조성사업 ▲관산읍 옥당지구 뉴빌리지 공모사업 ▲김산업 진흥구역 지정사업 ▲회진 1지구 급경사지 정비사업 ▲천관산 허그테마공원 조성사업 ▲미백 이청준 문학관 건립사업 등을 꼽았다.
공모사업으로 73건, 총사업비 2,303억원을 확보하여 지역발전의 기반을 다졌다는 평가다.
적극적인 업무 추진을 통해서는 ▲보육사업 대통령 표창(교육부) ▲지방자치단체 일자리대상(고용노동부) ▲재난관리평가 우수기관(행정안전부) ▲지방물가 안정관리 최우수기관(행정안전부) ▲공약이행평가 2년 연속 최우수기관(매니페스토본부) 선정 등의 성과를 거뒀다.
각 분야 평가에서 37건의 수상실적으로 군정 발전 성과를 인정받았다고 전했다.
올해에는 이 같은 성과를 바탕으로 문화관광·군민복지·농어업·인구정책·군정혁신 등 크게 5가지 부문에 중점을 두고 군정을 운영할 방침이다.
각 부문의 균형있는 성과 창출을 통해 군민이 행복하고 잘사는 장흥을 실현한다는 계획이다.
문화관광 부문에서는‘노벨문학도시 장흥, 문화·예술·관광의 융성 시대’를 목표로 노벨문학도시 조성, 물축제 글로벌화, 장흥교도소 프리즌호텔 조성, 우드랜드·장흥댐·보림사 웰니스 관광 개발, 군민 문화예술 향유 확대 등을 중점 추진한다.
군민복지 부문에서는‘Letʼs go 안전장흥, 군민이 건강하고 행복한 장흥’을 목표로 자연재해 위험지구 정비, 중대재해 예방체계 구축, 취약계층·어르신·아동‧청소년에 대한 맞춤형 희망복지를 확대한다.

인구정책 부문에서는 지방소멸대응사업비 160억원 확보, 바이오산단 분양률 80% 달성, 소상공인 원스톱 지원센터 개설과 노란우산공제 가입 지원, 전국단위 스포츠 대회 유치 확대를 통한 지역경제 활성화 등 지역활력 제고와 인구증가에 노력할 계획이다.
군정혁신 부문에서는 주민참여예산제 등 군민 참여시책을 확대하고, 공직문화 혁신을 통해 행정의 신뢰도를 제고할 방침이다.
