6일 인크루트에 따르면 구직 중인 전국 대학생 1144명을 대상으로 ‘대학생이 가장 일하고 싶은 그룹사’에 대해 질문한 결과, 총 20개의 그룹사 중 1위로 뽑힌 곳은 ‘삼성(16.8%)’이었다.
삼성을 뽑은 이유는 ‘만족스러운 급여와 보상제도’(44.8%)를 가장 많이 꼽았다. 삼성은 여성(18.2%)을 비롯해 △인문·사회·상경(14.4%) △공학·전자(16.0%) △자연·의학·생활 과학(22.7%) 전공자들에게도 가장 많은 선택을 받았다.
2위로 꼽힌 곳은 ‘CJ(11.7%)’였다. CJ를 택한 대학생들은 ‘우수한 복리 후생(19.4%)을 일하고 싶은 이유로 가장 많이 꼽았다. CJ는 삼성에 이어 여자 대학생들의 높은 지지(14.8%)를 얻었다. 인문·사회·상경(14.3%) 전공자들에게도 일하고 싶은 그룹으로 많은 표를 얻었다.
