21세기 4차산업혁명 시대에는 전 세계가 하나의 지구촌을 이루고 치열한 국제경쟁 시대에서 체제와 이념을 넘어 오로지 자국의 이익만을 위한, 즉 국가와 국민의 이익만을 최고의 가치로 생각하는 국익세력과 반(反) 국익세력의 피나는 전쟁의 공포와 분노, 불안의 냉혹한 국제경쟁 속에 강육양식 속에 살아남는 것이 정의이고 진실이며 진리인 시대에 국익세력과 반(反)국익세력 간의 치열한 전쟁 속에 살고 있다.

국익 앞에 우방도 동맹도 조약도 약속도 신뢰도 허무하게 무너진다는 사실을 깨달아야 나라의 안전과 국민의 생명과 재산을 보호할 수 있다. 따라서 강력한 자주국방의 능력을 갖춰야 한다. 강력한 군사력과 핵무장만이 전쟁을 막아내고 자유와 평화와 번영을 유지할 수 있는 것이다. 세계 200여 개 나라 중에 가장 못살아 원조 받던 나라가 국민소득 세계 6위로 원조를 주는 대한민국은 국가안보와 국민 생명은 안전한가?라는 질문에 필자는 아니라고 자신 있게 말할 수 있다. 세계는 패권 국가들의 국익을 위하여 광분하고 있는데 낡은 이념 타령으로 죄파니, 우파니 또는 진보니, 보수니, 중도니 나아가 극우니, 극좌니, 종북(從北)이니 낡은 이념 타령으로 국론분열의 갈등과 대립으로 치열하게 싸움하고 있으니 어떻게 국익세력과 함께 반(反)국가세력이 싸워서 이길 수 있겠는가?

이 시대가 개혁과 변화를 요구하고 세계질서가 국익세력과 반국익세력과의 치열한 싸움이라는 것을 깨닫지 못하고 정권욕과 탐욕으로 수단과 방법을 가리지 않고 이념적 분열과 갈등으로 만신창이로 되게 하고 있으니, 미래가 어둡고 국가안보와 국민의 생명과 재산을 보호할 수 없다는 사실을 체감하니 너무나도 안타깝고 가슴이 답답하다.

하루빨리 극우와 극좌의 이념에서 벗어나 국익세력과 반(反)국익세력과 전쟁에서 승자가 되기 위해 우리 함께 자랑스러운 한국인이라는 이름으로 한마음 한뜻으로 한국의 정체성과 주체성은 물론 한국의 혼과 민족정신을 복원하고 자유민주주의 대한민국의 국익을 최우선 정책으로 국민통합을 최고의 가치로 여기고 나라와 국민을 위해 희생하고 헌신하고 봉사하는 성숙한 문명국의 국민이 되자.

이것이 이 시대에 무너져가는 자유민주주의 대한민국을 수호하는 최선의 방법이고 우리 모두가 살고 우리의 자녀와 후손들과 다음 세대가 살고 세계 속에 주인공이고 주역으로 자리매김할 수 있는 첩경이라고 생각한다.

It is so regrettable and heartbreaking to realize that the future is dark and that they cannot protect national security and the lives and properties of the people.

Let us quickly break away from the ideology of the far right and far left and become victors in the war against the national interest forces and anti-national interest forces, and let us, as proud Koreans, restore Korea’s identity and subjectivity as well as Korea’s soul and national spirit with one mind and one heart, and make the national interest of the liberal democratic Republic of Korea the top priority policy, and consider national unity as the highest value, and become citizens of a mature civilized country that sacrifices, dedicates, and serves for the country and its people.

I believe that this is the best way to protect the liberal democratic Republic of Korea that is collapsing in this era, and a shortcut for all of us to live, our children, descendants, and the next generation to live, and to establish ourselves as protagonists and key players in the world.
