브레이크뉴스 임국정 기자 = 박찬대 더불어민주당 원내대표가 13일 윤석열 대통령 탄핵심판과 관련해 "헌법재판소는 신속하게 선고를 내려야 한다"라고 주장했다.

박 원내대표는 이날 국회에서 열린 당 정책조정회의에 참석해 "내란 수괴 윤석열이 검찰의 구속 취소로 감옥에서 풀려나면서 대한민국은 다시 불필요한 혼란과 분열의 늪으로 빠져들고 있다"라며 이같이 밝혔다.

그는 "지난 25일 윤석열 탄핵심판 최종 변론을 마친 지 16일이 지났다"라며 "노무현 대통령 때 14일, 박근혜 때 11일 만에 선고한 점을 고려하면, 적지 않은 시간이 흘렀다"라고 지적했다.

그러면서 "내란 수괴 탄핵 심판 선고가 지연될수록 국가적 위기와 혼란이 증폭된다"라고 덧붙였다.

이어 "헌법과 민주주의 최후의 보루인 헌재가 신속하게 결정을 내리는 길이 국가적 위기와 혼란을 빠르게 수습하는 길"이라며 "우리 국민의 한결같은 바람은 하루라도 빨리 윤석열을 파면하고 평온한 일상으로 돌아가는 것"이라고 말했다.
