브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 헌법재판소가 윤석열 대통령과 한덕수 국무총리에 대한 탄핵심판만을 남겨 놓은 가운데 서울 종로구 헌재 앞에서 열리는 탄핵 찬반 집회는 긴장감 마저 감돌고 있다. 

헌재는 13일 최재해 감사원장과 김건희 여사 '도이치모터스 의혹 부실수사'와 관련된 검사 3명의 탄핵심판을 전원일치 의견으로 기각시키자, 윤 대통령 탄핵 기각에 대한 기대감이 커진 게 사실이다.

이날 윤 대통령 지지자들은 '4대4 탄핵 기각'이 적힌 팻말을 들고 윤 대통령을 연호했다.

반면 탄핵 인용을 바라는 시민과 단체들도 맞불집회를 열고, 윤 대통령의 즉각 파면을 촉구하는 목소리를 더욱 키웠다.

안국역 5번 출구 근처에 모인 이들은 '내란세력 제압하자' '윤석열 즉각 파면'이라고 적힌 팻말을 흔들며 '윤석열을 탄핵하라'고 큰 목소리로 외쳤다.

한편 법조계에선 헌재가 신속한 심리를 강조한 만큼, 남은 윤 대통령과 한 총리에 대한 탄핵심판 선고를 조만간 할 것으로 전망하고 있다.

당초 윤 대통령에 대한 선고가 이번주 중 나올 것으로 점쳐졌으나, 재판관 평의가 길어지며 다음주 선고가 나올 것이란 전망이 지배적이다.

선고 2~3일 전에는 선고일을 고지했던 전례에 비춰보면, 아직 고지도 안한 상황이기 때문에 다음주가 유력하다는 관측이다.

한 총리에 대한 선고 역시 계엄 관련 윤 대통령 사건과 맞물려 있기 때문에 함께 선고될 것이란 분석도 나온다.
