이번 간담회에는 규제 관련 부서 팀장과 실무자를 비롯해 국무조정실 규제혁신추진단 관계자 등 16명이 참석했다. 참석자들은 행정 현장에서 직면하는 다양한 규제 문제를 공유하고 실질적인 개선책을 모색했다.

특히 민원 수수료 감면, 사업용 자동차 차고지 설치 의무 면제 등 주민과 기업의 부담을 덜어줄 수 있는 규제 완화 방안이 주요 의제로 다뤄졌다.

규제혁신추진단은 2022년 8월에 출범한 기구로 전직 공무원, 연구기관, 경제단체 관계자 등이 참여해 기업활동을 위축시키는 이른바 ‘덩어리 규제’를 발굴하고 해결하는 역할을 맡고 있다.

시는 간담회에서 도출된 의견을 중앙정부와 적극 공유하며 불필요한 규제를 줄이고 지역경제 활성화를 위한 제도 개선을 지속적으로 추진할 방침이다.
