브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 한국마사회 렛츠런파크 서울이 ‘말랑달달, 스위트 체리블라썸’이라는 테마로 오는 4월 4일부터 13일까지 벚꽃축제를 개막한다. 

달콤한 디저트 테마답게 가로 4.6m, 높이 3.4m의 초대형 케이크 대표 포토존을 필두로, 방문객의 편의를 위해 QR주문시스템을 도입한 총 23대의 푸드트럭이 합리적인 가격대의 다양한 메뉴를 선보인다. 

일반인을 대상으로 시행하는 승마체험 프로그램부터 다양한 품종의 말을 직접 만나볼 수 있는 마방 견학, 포니를 직접 만나볼 수 있는 행사 등 이색 체험들도 진행된다.

아울러 관람대에 위치한 ‘경마 스테이지’는 200인치 규모의 LED 모니터로 다양한 경마체험 콘텐츠가 제공되며, 야간경마는 토요일 20시까지, 벚꽃축제는 21시까지 시행된다.

벚꽃축제 기간 중 첫 주말인 5일에는 과천 시민오케스트라, 버스킹 등의 축하공연과 함께 화려한 점등식이 예정돼 있으며, 12일에는 20시 30분부터 약 10분간 드론 라이트쇼도 펼쳐진다. 

야간경마도 벚꽃축제 기간과 동일하게 4일부터 13일까지 매주 토요일에 시행된다. 낮에는 포토존과 말 관련 행사를, 저녁에는 화려한 조명으로 수놓인 벚꽃로와 박진감 넘치는 야간경마를 함께 즐길 수 있다.
