(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 오는 29일 소사로 482(춘의동)에 위치한 ‘부천R&D종합센터’ 1층 개방형 특화공간을 ‘2025 부천페스타(B-festa) 봄꽃여행’축제와 동시에 시민에게 개방한다고 밝혔다.

부천시에 따르면, 부천R&D종합센터는 지하 2층, 지상 13층 규모의 건물로 1층은 개방형 공간, 2~6층은 창업기업 입주 공간, 7~8층은 R&D 연구기관 입주 공간, 9~13층은 도시통합관제센터로 구성돼 있다.

이번에 시민에게 개방하는 공간은 1층 개방형 특화공간으로, 시민 누구나 이용할 수 있다.

1층 개방형 특화공간은 연면적 1,393㎡(약 422평) 규모로, 미디어 아트월을 중심으로 카페, 편의점, 커뮤니티시설, 독서문화 공간 등 다양한 편의시설이 마련돼 있다.
