(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 지난 25일 ‘학교 현장 지원 전담 기구 발대식’을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

인천교육청에 따르면, 이번 발대식에서는 도성훈 교육감이 참석해 위촉장을 수여하고, 추진 경과 및 향후 계획을 공유했다.

또, 관리자, 교사, 일반직, 교육공무직 등 109명으로 구성된 ‘학교 현장 지원 과제 발굴단’ 위촉식과 워크숍도 함께 진행됐다.

2024년 특수교육 개선 전담 기구 운용 경험을 바탕으로 설립된 이번 전담 기구는 유·초·중·고 교육 여건 개선을 목표로 하며, 학교 현장의 의견을 적극 반영해 수업과 생활지도에 전념할 수 있도록 지원할 계획이다.

교원 단체, 교직원 노조, 교사, 학부모 등 55명이 참여해 설문조사, 면담, 간담회 등 다양한 방법으로 현장의 목소리를 청취하고 맞춤형 지원 방안을 모색한다.

도성훈 교육감은 “다양한 현장의 의견을 반영한 실질적인 학교 지원 방안을 마련하여 학교 현장 지원의 새로운 지평을 열고 이행 점검을 실시하여 지속적인 개선을 추진해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

또한, 인천시교육청이 지난 25일, 이상돈 부교육감이 대학 및 기관과 연계하여 늘봄학교 프로그램을 운영 중인 인천신선초등학교를 방문해 신학기 인천형 늘봄학교 운영 현황을 점검했다고 밝혔다.

인천시교육청에 따르면, 이번 점검은 2025학년도부터 초등 2학년까지 늘봄학교 지원 대상이 확대됨에 따라, 맞춤형 프로그램과 선택형 프로그램 운영, 늘봄지원실 및 공간 환경 개선 등 전반적인 운영 상태를 확인하기 위해 이루어졌다.
