[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 오경희기자] 경기도의회 의원연구단체 ‘AI 행동패턴 기반 학교시설복합화 연구회’(회장 김근용 의원)가 'AI 기반 행동 예측을 활용한 지역사회 연계 학교시설 복합화 활성화 방안' 연구용역 최종보고회를 개최했다.

25일, 도의회 교육행정위원회 회의실에서 열린 보고회에는 김근용 의원을 비롯해 윤성근 의원(안전행정위원회), 김선희 의원(교육기획위원회), 경기도교육청 학교공간조성과, 연구수행기관 ㈜두구다 관계자가 참석했다.

용역을 수행한 ㈜두구다는 경기데이터드림 자료와 AI 기반 행동패턴 분석 기법을활용해 경기도를 네 개의 클러스터로 구분하고 화성, 연천, 평택, 남양주, 안양 등 주요 지역을 중심으로 수요ㆍ공급 비율과 접근성 데이터를 분석해 ▲지역특성 반영 ▲균형적 시설 배치 ▲접근성 강화 ▲주민참여 확대를 학교시설 복합화 기본 방향으로 제시했다.

김근용 의원은 “연구 결과에 따르면 주민 수요는 주로 문화예술시설과 체육시설에 집중된다”며 “복합화는 단순 유형 구분이 아닌, 지역에 맞춘 미시적 접근이 필요하다”고 언급했다.

이어 “체육시설은 수영장, 실내체육관, 운동장 등으로, 문화예술시설은 공연장, 체험형 공간 등으로 세분화돼야 하며, 이러한 구체적 공간 유형이 보고서에 명확히 반영돼야 한다”고 강조했다.

마지막으로 김근용 의원은 “연구결과를 바탕으로 집행부서가 경기형 학교시설복합화 모델을 적극 검토하길 바란다”며 “용역기관은 오늘 제안된 의견을 충실히 반영하여 최종보고서를 제출해주기 바란다”고 당부했다.
