【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북대학교(총장 고창섭) 이차전지 혁신융합대학 사업단이 전기차 배터리 화재 등 이차전지 신위험 대응 역량 강화를 위해 4월 15일 충청소방학교와 ‘이차전지 신위험 대응 기술․지식 공유’를 위한 업무협약을 체결했다.

이번 협약으로 양 기관은 △신위험 대응 기술․지식․정보 공유 △양 기관이 보유한 실험․실습 결과 및 시설 공유 △교수진 간 학문적 교류․협력 확대 등을 도모할 예정이다.

정상문 이차전지 혁신융합대학 사업단 총괄단장은 “이차전지 혁신융합대학 사업단은 이차전지 전문 인력을 양성하는 고등교육 기관으로서, 이차전지 산업의 발전에 따라 파생되는 신위험 대응의 책무를 소홀히 하지 않고, 충청소방학교와 적극 협조하여 양 기관의 상호 발전을 도모하며, 국가 핵심 산업의 발전과 국민의 안전에 기여할 것”이라며 앞으로의 계획을 밝혔다.
