전북자치도 정읍시가 여성농업인의 문화ㆍ학습 활동 지원을 강화하기 위해 올해 4억 9200만원을 투입한다.

정읍시는 문화적 여건이 열악한 농촌지역의 여성농업인에게 건강ㆍ문화 활동 기회를 제공해 삶의 질 향상에 기여할 수 있는 '2025 생생카드 지원' 사업으로 총 3,790명의 여성농업인이 혜택을 받을 수 있게 됐다고 16일 밝혔다.

지원 대상은 농ㆍ어촌에 거주하며 실제 영농에 종사하는 20세 이상 75세 미만(1951년 1월 1일 ~ 2005년 12월 31일 출생)의 여성 농ㆍ어업인이다.

연간 농ㆍ어업 외 소득이 3,700만 원 미만인 경우 신청할 수 있다.

1차 접수를 통해 3,336명이 우선 선정됐으며 잔여 예산 범위 내에 추가 신청자를 모집해 지원 대상을 확대할 방침이다.

지원금은 개인당 연간 13만원이 지급된다.

올해부터는 은행을 직접 방문해 생생카드를 발급받지 않아도 농협채움카드 포인트로 지급받을 수 있어 편의성이 한층 높아졌다.
