브레이크뉴스 노보림 기자= 유튜브 채널 '가로세로연구소'(가세연) 대표 김세의씨를 협박·강요 등 혐의로 고소한 유튜버 '쯔양'(본명 박정원)씨가 16일 경찰 출석 40분 만에 조사를 거부하고 나왔다.

이날 오전 8시53분경 서울 강남경찰서에 고소인 신분으로 출석한 쯔양은 약 40여분이 지난 오전 9시33분경 조사를 중도에 마치고 나왔다.

쯔양 측 김태연 변호사는 조사 직후 기자들과 만나 "(경찰이 쯔양을) 전혀 피해자로 생각하고 있지 않은 것처럼 보였다"며 "피해자에 대한 보호 의사가 전혀 없는 것 같아 수사관을 통해 조사하는게 맞을까라는 의문이 드는 부분이 있었다. 그래서 일단 조사를 거부하고 추후 재검토해 필요하면 다시 조사를 받을 예정"이라고 설명했다.

김 변호사는 "먼저 오늘 어떤 내용으로 보완 수사가 이뤄지는지도 모르고 나왔다. 통상적으로 알려주는 것들에 대해 전혀 정보를 주지 않은 것"이라며 "공정한 수사가 맞냐는 점을 의심할 수 밖에 없는 상황들이 계속 있었다"고 설명했다.

또한 "불합리한 부분에 대해 여러 가지를 구두로 말씀드렸는데 수사 기관에서는 수사할 의지가 크게 없는 것 같았다"며 "이 상태로 조사를 하는 것은 똑같은 결과만이 예측된다고 생각해 우선 수사관 기피 신청을 하는 것을 고려하고 있다"고 말했다.

쯔양도 "변호사의 말대로 조금 공정하게 수사가 이뤄지면 좋겠다"며 "앞으로 더 피해자가 나오지 않게끔 좋은 결과가 있으면 좋겠다"고 말했다.

한편 쯔양은 가세연 대표 김씨를 협박·강요 혐의로 고소한 사건과 관련해 이날 경찰에 출석했다. 앞서 경찰은 김씨에 대해 불송치 결정을 내렸으나, 검찰이 보완 수사를 요구해 재수사 중이다.

경찰에 따르면 앞서 지난해 7월 30일 김씨는 유튜브 채널을 통해 쯔양의 탈세 등 사생활 문제를 폭로한 후, 해명을 강요하며 반복적으로 쯔양 사진과 게시글 등을 올렸다는 이유로 피소됐다.

그러나 경찰은 지난 2월 12일 박씨가 고소취하서를 제출한 것을 이유로 정보통신망법 위반, 협박 등 혐의에 대해서는 '각하' 결정을 내렸다. 각하는 요건이 되지 않아 판단하지 않는다는 의미다.

Tzuyang refuses police investigation, "I don't think they think of me as a victim"
