▲ 홍태용 김해시장 직원 누구나 소통 '밥한끼 말한끼' 운영

[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시 홍태용 시장이 소통 시정을 중시하는 가운데 직원들과의 소통을 위한 점심 소통이 이어지고 있다. 

16일 김해시에 따르면 최근 내부 행정망에 ‘밥한끼 말한끼’라는 익명  게시판을 만들었다. 

이곳에서 직원들이 각자의 사연과 주제를 올려 신청하면 시장이 직접 확인 후 일정을 잡아 점심식사를 나누며 소통한다. 

이러한 소통 방식은 홍 시장이 제안해 이달부터 시작됐다. 지금까지 7건의 신청이 들어와 세 번의 만남이 이뤄졌다. 

‘정책 아이디어를 제안드리고 싶다’, ‘연지공원에서 같이 도시락 먹으며 여러 가지 이야기를 나누고 싶다’ 등 사연도 다양하다. 

신청 직원 희망에 따라 첫 만남은 불암동 장어식당에서, 두 번째는 시청 주변 파스타 가게에서, 세 번째는 연지공원에서 돗자리 깔고 도시락 먹으며 대화했다. 

세 번째 만남의 주인공인 환경국 소속 한 직원은 “봄날, 시장님과 연지공원에서 도시락을 먹으며 업무는 물론 개인적인 이야기까지 나누게 될지 몰랐다”며 “답답했던 가슴 한편이 후련해진 느낌이다”고 말했다. 

홍 시장은 “시민과 지역을 위해 궂은일 마다않고 열심히 일하는 직원들을 볼 때면 든든하고 자랑스럽기도 하고 안쓰럽기도 하다”며 “어떤 이야기라도 소중히 들을 마음가짐이니 부담 없이 신청해 달라”고 말했다. 

취임 초기부터 홍 시장은 읍면동 방문 주민과의 대화를 이어오는 한편 직원들과는 짬이 날 때마다 부서별 브라운 백 미팅으로 소통해오다 이번에 개별 만남을 도입했다.
