브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 롯데건설이 서울 용산구 갈월동 일대에 공급하는 청년안심주택 '용산 남영역 롯데캐슬 헤리티지'가 높은 경쟁률을 기록하며 청약 접수를 마감했다.

롯데건설에 따르면 롯데건설 민간임대주택 자산운영서비스 홈페이지 '엘리스'를 통해 진행된 청약 접수 결과, 총 217가구 모집에 1만9869건이 접수됐다. 이는 평균 91.6대 1의 경쟁률이다.

이날 청약을 받은 특별공급은 44가구 모집에 4775명이 청약 신청을 하며 평균 108.5대 1의 경쟁률을, 일반공급도 173가구 모집에 1만5094명이 청약을 하며 평균 87.2대 1의 경쟁률을 나타냈다.

최고경쟁률은 특별공급으로 청약을 받았던 전용 39㎡A타입으로 8가구 모집에 1924명이 청약을 신청하며 240.5대 1의 경쟁률을 기록했다. 

또 (예비)신혼부부를 대상으로 청약을 받은 2룸 3베이(Bay) 구조의 전용 49㎡는 특별공급 청약과 일반공급 청약에서 각각 26.7대 1, 30.7대 1의 경쟁률을, 스튜디오타입의 전용 23㎡도 특별공급과 일반공급에서 각각 234.5대 1, 134.7대 1의 높은 경쟁률을 기록했다.

한편, 용산 남영역 롯데캐슬 헤리티지는 지하 4층~지상 24층, 1개 동, 전용면적 23~49㎡ 총 269가구 규모로 조성된다. 이 중 공공임대(52가구)를 제외한 217가구를 민간임대로 공급한다. 당첨자 발표는 오는 16일이다. 정당 계약은 22일부터 23일까지다.
