‘2025 대전 상장포럼’ 25일 첫 개최

IPO 성공 전략 공유부터 1:1 투자상담까지… 

대전시가 지역 내 유망 중소·벤처기업들의 증권시장 진입을 체계적으로 지원하기 위해 본격적인 행보에 나선다.

대전테크노파크(원장 김우연)는 오는 6월 25일 오후 2시, 대전신세계 엑스포타워 20층 ‘D-유니콘라운지’에서 ‘2025 대전 상장포럼’을 처음으로 개최한다고 11일 밝혔다. 

이번 포럼은 대전시와 대전과학산업진흥원이 공동으로 주최하며, 코스닥 상장을 희망하는 기업들을 위한 실질적인 정보 공유와 맞춤형 지원을 목표로 기획됐다.

포럼에서는 IPO 시장의 트렌드와 성장 전망을 짚고, 성공적으로 상장에 도달한 지역 기업들의 사례, 그리고 대전형 투자 프로그램 및 창업 생태계 구축 전략 등이 발표될 예정이다. 

특히 대전투자금융, KAIST, 대전과학산업진흥원 등 다양한 기관 전문가들이 연사로 참여해 생생한 실전 경험과 전략을 공유한다.

이와 함께 기업 맞춤형 1:1 투자상담회도 병행된다. 

한국거래소 대전혁신성장센터, 기술보증기금, 신용보증기금, 대전창조경제혁신센터, 벤처캐피탈(VC) 등 15개 투자기관이 참여해 사전 신청 기업을 대상으로 컨설팅을 제공할 예정이다.

포럼 참가 사전등록은 6월 20일까지, 투자상담회 신청은 6월 13일까지 대전테크노파크 홈페이지에서 접수할 수 있다.

김우연 대전테크노파크 원장은 “기술력은 충분하지만 자금 조달이나 상장 절차에서 어려움을 겪는 기업들이 많다”며 “올해 처음 열리는 상장포럼이 대전 기업들의 자본시장 진입을 돕는 실질적 플랫폼이 되길 기대한다”고 말했다.

Daejeon City is taking full-scale steps to systematically support promising small and medium-sized venture companies in the region to enter the stock market.

Daejeon Technopark (Director Wooyeon Kim) announced on the 11th that it will hold the ‘2025 Daejeon Listing Forum’ for the first time on June 25th at 2 PM at the ‘D-Unicorn Lounge’ on the 20th floor of Daejeon Shinsegae Expo Tower.

This forum is jointly hosted by Daejeon City and the Daejeon Science and Industry Promotion Agency, and was planned with the goal of sharing practical information and providing customized support for companies hoping to be listed on KOSDAQ.

The forum will discuss trends and growth prospects in the IPO market, cases of local companies that have successfully achieved listing, and **Daejeon-type investment programs and strategies for establishing a startup ecosystem.

In particular, experts from various institutions such as Daejeon Investment Finance, KAIST, and Daejeon Science and Industry Promotion Agency will participate as speakers to share their vivid real-world experiences and strategies.

In addition, a 1:1 investment consultation meeting tailored to companies will also be held.

15 investment institutions including the Korea Exchange Daejeon Innovation Growth Center, Technology Guarantee Fund, Credit Guarantee Fund, Daejeon Creative Economy Innovation Center, and Venture Capital (VC) will participate and provide consulting to companies that have applied in advance.

Pre-registration for the forum is available until June 20, and applications for the investment consultation meeting are available until June 13 on the Daejeon Techno Park website.

Kim Woo-yeon, the director of Daejeon Techno Park, said, “There are many companies that have sufficient technological capabilities but are having difficulties in raising funds or listing procedures,” and added, “I hope that the listing forum, which is being held for the first time this year, will become a practical platform to help Daejeon companies enter the capital market.”
