【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 중구청이 오는 6월 19일 오후 6시 30분 대구예술발전소 수창홀에서 ‘2025년 청년 팝업클래스’의 첫 번째 프로그램을 연다. 

올해 첫 강연에는 구독자 358만 명을 보유한 인기 경제 유튜버 ‘슈카(슈카월드)’가 연사로 나서 ‘슈카와 함께하는 경제 이야기’를 주제로 청년들과 소통한다.

이번 특강은 실생활에 유익한 경제 이야기를 중심으로 강연과 Q&A가 함께 진행된다. 

총 150명 내외의 참가자를 선발할 예정으로 중구에 거주하거나 중구 내에서 활동하는 19세~39세 청년이 우선 선정 대상이다.

청년 팝업클래스는 지난해 처음 시작된 이후 지역 청년들로부터 큰 호응을 얻었으며, 종료 후 설문조사를 통해 참가자 피드백을 반영해 연사를 선정해왔다.

올해는 슈카 초청 강연을 시작으로 ▲‘커마카세’ 청년 커피 페어링 클래스 ▲실전 청년 창업 특강 등 다양한 프로그램이 매달 운영될 예정이다.

류규하 중구청장은 “올해 청년 팝업클래스는 다양한 실용 콘텐츠를 통해 청년들이 자유롭게 소통하고 성장할 수 있는 기회를 마련했다”며 “청년들이 지역에 안정적으로 정착할 수 있도록 지속적인 지원을 이어가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Daegu Jung-gu Office will hold the first program of the ‘2025 Youth Pop-up Class’ at 6:30 PM on June 19th at the Suchang Hall of Daegu Art Factory.

In the first lecture of this year, popular economic YouTuber ‘Suka (Suka World)’ with 3.58 million subscribers will be the speaker and communicate with young people on the topic of ‘Economic Stories with Suka’.

This special lecture will be held with a lecture and Q&A focusing on economic stories that are useful in real life.

A total of 150 participants will be selected, and young people aged 19 to 39 who live or work in Jung-gu will be given priority.

Since its first launch last year, the Youth Pop-up Class has received great response from local young people, and speakers have been selected by reflecting participant feedback through a survey after the class ends.

This year, starting with the Suka invitation lecture, various programs such as ▲‘Kerma Case’ youth coffee pairing class ▲real-life youth entrepreneurship special lecture will be held every month.

Ryu Gyu-ha, the mayor of Jung-gu, said, “This year’s youth pop-up class provided an opportunity for young people to freely communicate and grow through various practical contents,” and added, “We will continue to provide support so that young people can settle down stably in the region.”
