[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 함안군은 오는 12일 경주화백컨벤션센터(HICO)에서 개최되는 ‘2025 세계국가유산산업전’ 개막식에 조근제 함안군수가 가야문화권 지역발전 시장·군수협의회 회장 자격으로 참석한다고 밝혔다.

12일부터 14일까지 열리는 이번 산업전은 국가유산청, 경상북도, 경주시가 공동 주최하며, 국내외 국가유산 산업의 현재와 미래를 조망하는 국내 유일의 국가유산 산업 및 일자리 박람회이다. 

이번 행사는 국가유산과 첨단 기술 및 연구개발(R&D) 분야 등 국가유산산업의 현재와 미래를 아우르는 다양한 전시가 이뤄진다.

조근제 함안군수는 가야문화권 시장·군수협의회 회장 자격으로 개막식에 공식 초청되어 13인의 주요인사와 함께 세러머니에도 직접 참여한다.

함안군은 산업전 기간 동안 전시부스를 운영하며 세계유산 말이산고분군 및 정책 홍보, 함안박물관 및 낙화놀이 안내, 정책 리플릿, 영상자료 등을 활용해 관람객의 이해도를 높인다.

특히, 아라가야 고도지정 관련 영상 상영으로 함안의 역사·문화유산을 홍보하며, 말이산고분군을 중심으로 한 국가유산의 가치를 전달할 계획이다.

조근제 함안군수는 “이번 산업전은 세계유산 가야고분군 중 하나인 말이산고분군을 세계무대에 알리는 뜻깊은 행사”라며 “보편적 가치를 지닌 가야문화유산이 관광 산업과 연계되어 지속 가능한 성장을 이끌 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

Hamyang County announced that Hamyang County Governor Cho Geun-je will attend the opening ceremony of the ‘2025 World Heritage Industry Exhibition’ to be held at the Gyeongju Hwabaek Convention Center (HICO) on the 12th as the Chairman of the Gaya Cultural Zone Regional Development Mayor and County Governor Council.
