브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 한국마사회는 오는 2월 진행 예정인 말산업 전문교원 직무연수의 참가자를 모집한다고 19일 밝혔다.

한국마사회는 2025년도 하반기 경기도 교육청 특수분야 연수기관으로 지정, 학교체육승마를 운영하는 초·중·고 교원 등을 대상으로 안전하고 체계적인 승마교육 보급을 위한 직무연수를 진행하고 있다.

기존에는 연수 대상이 말산업 양성기관 및 농축산 특성화고 교원으로 제한됐으나, 작년부터는 학교체육승마 운영학교 교원들로 대상을 확대해 미래 승마인구 육성 및 생활체육 저변 확대에 기여한다는 방침이다.

이번 연수 프로그램은 말산업에 대한 이해도 제고 및 안전한 승마체육 수업을 위해 승마 실습 중심으로 운영될 예정이며, 과천 소재 서울경마공원에서 2월 2일부터 6일까지 5일간 초급과정이 진행된다. 참가비는 무료이며 경기도 교육청 승인을 통해 학점이수도 가능하다.
