한편 더불어민주당은 작년 말 윤석열 전 대통령이 소요 사태를 일으킬 수 있다는 첩보를 받고 군대 내 상황을 주시던 상황에서 ‘블랙요원들이 청주공항과 성주 사드기지 폭파 명령을 받고 복귀하지 않은 채 대기중’이라는 제보를 국방위 차원에서 검증 후 공개한 바 있다. 

이번 제보에도, 국회 국방위 소속 박선원(인천 부평구을), 부승찬(경기 용인시병) 의원이 함께 점검 과정을 거쳤다.
