브레이크뉴스 박동제 기자= 그룹 소녀시대 멤버 겸 배우 윤아(임윤아)가 악성 루머에 대해 선처없는 강경한 법적 대응을 이어간다.
소속사 SM엔터테인먼트는 10일 공식 SNS를 통해 “당사 소속 아티스트 윤아에 대한 권리 침해 행위와 관련해 법적 대응 진행 상황을 안내드린다”며 말문을 열었다.
이어 “당사는 팬 여러분들의 광야 119(KWANGYA 119) 제보 및 별도 지속적인 모니터링을 통해 윤아에 대한 허위사실 유포, 악의적인 비방, 명예훼손 등의 게시물이 게재 및 유포되고 있는 상황을 확인, 이미 고소장을 접수하고 수사 협조를 요청했다”고 밝혔다.
또 “당사는 아티스트의 실명뿐만 아니라 초성·이니셜, 별명 등을 이용해 아티스트가 연상되도록 표현하는 모든 불법행위에 대해 형사고소를 비롯해 가능한 모든 민·형사상 조치를 취하고 있으며, 어떠한 선처나 합의 없이 강경하게 대응할 예정이다”고 전했다.
그러면서 “확인되지 않은 내용의 루머를 생성하거나, 악의적인 글·영상 등을 게시하는 것은 명백한 불법행위”라며 “아티스트에 대한 무분별한 악성 게시글 작성 및 유포를 지양해주길 바라며, 법령을 위반하는 행위로 불미스러운 일에 연루되지 않도록 주의 부탁드린다”고 말했다.
마지막으로 “당사는 앞으로도 소속 아티스트의 권익 보호를 위해 최선의 노력을 다하겠다”고 덧붙였다.
